Foxfield Villas is another new Prime Development neighborhood at 117th and Lone Elm Road within the established Foxfield Village community. The neighborhood is an enclave of forty maintenance-provided villas clustered on two private cul-de-sacs with open space at the center. 60% of the houses are free standing, 40% are paired with another home. A new furnished model showcases Gabriel Homes’ widely popular Richmond plan. Ten versions of the plan in a variety of exterior styles are now under construction, scheduled to be move-in ready between January and August of 2019. Homes are priced in the upper$300’s.
Prime Development’s newest single-family residential project at 119th and ¼ mile west of K-7 Highway, is something seldom seen in the Kansas City market. Timberstone Ridge has taken a unique approach to their development where nature is the driving force behind the design.
